SOBTEC LTD is implementing the project "Detailing for the domestic appliances and heat and power industry with improved anti-adhesion and anti-static properties", co-financed by the European Union.

Tasks implemented as part of the project - purchase of the following fixed assets:

- Automatic mixing and dosing system,

- Automatic crane,

- Heat recovery system,

- Photovoltaic production system,

- robotic injection moulding machines with a short circuit capacity of 130 to 500 tonnes.

The direct objective of the project is to increase the innovativeness of the company through the implementation of product and process innovation taking into account sustainable development and the creation of new workplaces.

The project will result in the creation of innovative products: polymer parts with improved anti-adhesion and anti-static properties. These details will find application in the domestic appliance and CHP industries. The new products will be distinguished by the following features relative to products of similar function:

- 73% higher anti-adhesion,

- three times more anti-static,

- 43% greater hardness.

The main group of product recipients (target group) will be companies from the domestic appliance market and the heat and power industry.

Project value (total project cost): 11,223,042.75 PLN

European Funds contribution: 4,105,991.25 PLN
