We manufacture plastic products using the direct injection method, both with the use of tools designed by us and tools provided by the Customer. We process, among others, the following plastics: ABS, PS, PP, PE, PC, PA, POM, TPE, overmoulding of details. We have injection moulding machines from leading manufacturers such as Krauss Meffei or ENGEL.

manual assembly of components
The organization of the combined unit is always adapted to the properties and specificity of the installed product, which allows for very accurate and precise work. The assembly is performed by properly trained employees, which guarantees reliability of the finished product.
Linear layout by automatic or
semi-automatic assembly of subassemblies.
The linear system is dynamic and allows for faster assembly of a large number of plastic elements, it is suitable for larger orders. The optimal use of this process is possible when the sequence of performed activities is identical or very similar, and the unit times of individual operations are similar.
CO PACKING
We provide a comprehensive packaging service for the Customer's goods, but for us, preparing products before the final shipment is not only about securing them, but above all about visual and promotional issues.
We believe that efficiently carried out co packing is a significant time saving method and a way to use the know-how of people who deal with it on a daily basis. Experience, knowledge of the subject and appropriate equipment translate into streamlining the process and avoiding losses during packaging. As a result, all products look aesthetically pleasing, while optimizing the time and cost of carrying out the work.
